You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Product Information

We strive to display accurate product information, images, and pricing. However, colors and designs may vary slightly due to screen differences and print variations. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept secure payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2499. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day size exchange policy for unused, unwashed products with original tags. Refunds are not offered except in cases of defective or wrong products. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for complete details.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Contact our support team for cancellation requests.

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on Trio — including but not limited to the Trio anime series, manga, characters, artwork, logos, designs, text, and merchandise — is the exclusive property of Vaibhavi Studios and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Trio content is strictly prohibited.

Trio is India's first homegrown manga and anime project, created and owned by Vaibhavi Studios.

9. Community Guidelines

As a member of the Trio community, you agree to:

• Respect fellow fans, creators, and staff members
• Not share, distribute, or reproduce copyrighted Trio content without permission
• Not post offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content on any Trio platform
• Follow all applicable laws while engaging with Trio content and merchandise

10. Limitation of Liability

Trio and Vaibhavi Studios are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or content.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
